What is an FTP?
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a program used to transfer files between
your computer and our server. Using FTP is not a requirement, there are
many programs available that either have built-in FTP capabilities or use
another transfer method. Consult your HTML editor to determine if you
require this program.

How do I do 'this' with my FTP program?
There are literally hundreds of FTP programs available. Though we offer the
best support in the industry, it is impossible for our team to know the ins
and outs of every program. For the highest level of support we recommend
downloading a copy of WS_FTP or, for MacIntosh users Fetch. If you insist
on using another version of FTP then we can only provide general help with
transferring your files.
- Can you recommend a FTP program?
WS_FTP is the program we recommend. This program is the one that is
most widely used across the Internet. You may download
WS_FTP from our site.

I've uploaded my files but I can't access them in my browser, now what?
Most often there is one of two things wrong. The easiest thing to try is to
click the refresh or reload button in your browser. Browsers sometimes
cache web pages and do not check to determine if a newer version of the
page is available. The second most frequent mistake is uploading files to
the wrong directory. The correct directory to load webpages into is the 'www' directory in
the Remote Host field (on the right side of the FTP program).
