acquisition program, you will receive a generous offering for your clients and receive residual
income for an additional 6 months to one year.
The Process:
Our acquisition process is simple and painless. Your customers will be moved to our servers, or
we will take over your company as a whole. We then invoice your customers directly and start
to collect payments through our merchant account.
We have two acquisition programs.
1) The first option, the agreed buyout price will be 6 months worth of revenue. 25% of the agreed
buyout price will be paid to you at the time of acquisition. Then payments worth 50% of monthly
revenue will be paid back to you for 6 months following the acquisition.
2) The second option is monthly payments for one year. We take over the invoicing and payment collection
from your customers and pay you 75% of the monthly total every month for one year.
Annual payments made by your customers will result in a 50% payment to you at the time of the
annual renewal.
